In 1997, Excel Screen Printing, Inc. became Excel Screen Printing & Embroidery Inc. with the addition of digitizing and embroidery services.

In 2005 Excel Glass, Inc. became a part of the Excel family with the addition of decorating services for Glass, Ceramics, Stainless Steel and Plastic; most of them items related to the promotional products industry.
At the same time we added services for Pad Printing with the addition of new equipment.

Our business has been established with one goal in mind and that is to provide Complete Customer Satisfaction and Service; all under one roof. We pride ourselves on offering a wide range of services and products, competitive pricing, and most important, great customer service.

Services
Art Department:
Excel Screen Printing & Embroidery, Inc. has a full time artwork department with 40+ years combined experience staff. Our art department is equipped with the latest in hardware and software. We also provide embroidery-digitizing services in house for all embroidery orders.

Screen Printing:
Our Screen Printing department is equipped with the latest technology in automatic printing with six automatic machines; one 14 color, two 12 color, two 10 color and one 8 color; 3 manual printing presses for sampling and small orders.

Embroidery:
Excel's Embroidery department is equipped with three machines with a combined total of 42 heads, up to nine colors each.

Glass / Ceramic:
As the only company in the state of Illinois with a Leer, we have the advantage of servicing your promotional products decorating needs with full service Glass and Ceramic direct screen printing.

Production Capacity
Screen Printing:
Excel Screen Printing & Embroidery, Inc. is capable of outputting 30,000 to 50,000 + imprints per day on two shifts with an easily expandable production for a 3rd shift.

Embroidery:
On our embroidery side, capacity is approximately 2500 pieces per day with the option of opening second and third shifts with ease.

Glass:
Our production capacity exceeds 5000 impressions per day at only 50% capacity.
