Excel's embroidery team is well known for excellent craftsmanship and fast turn-around. Imaginative and impeccable in-house digitizing backed with experienced embroiderers has produced premier quality jobs that earned client loyalty through the years.

Our Embroidery Department is equipped with three full-featured machines with a combined total of 42 heads of up to nine colors each. Production capacity is approximately 1,500 pieces per day, and we can easily open second and third shifts to accommodate your needs.

We have an experienced team of in house digitizers and we can turn around your digitizing and embroidery needs in a hurry.

Excel Screen Printing & Embroidery, Inc. has produced a wide variety of complicated designs. We will make every effort to reproduce the original art as close as possible. In the event that the art is not suitable for embroidery, we will make a recommendation in how to improve the original art and be able to obtain a good quality end product.

Excel also has the ability to produce high quality apliques. Our suppliers' state of the art laser cutting systems plus our high end embroidery application have made it possible for Excel to offer this service.
